If I can give them a negative I would... Brought my Volvo in for over heating and check engine light. They called me and said all fixed, cost would be 650.00 . Picked up my car and on the way home car started to over heat again so I called mike at quality auto. He told me that are booked up on Saturday and to bring it back early next week. So I dropped it off on Tuesday and got a call back within 2 hours and told me that I have to a brand new computer system and will cost 3k. I asked why was this not told to me last week and the excuse I got that this was a new issue.

So I decided to take the car to cherry hill Volvo... I got a call from them and told me that my car has two fans and the one is bad. I had them install the new fan and my car is running great.

We all know dealerships is more expensive but they are the professionals..I will
Never make that mistake again...I know Volvo can be tricky but quality auto had a whole page how they are experts on Volvos and I reading my blog you can see they don't have a clue....Beware what content is on a companies website, I learned my lesson the expensive way

Quality Auto Repair in Marlton NJ is Great! I had a noise while accelerating and decelerating in my 2013 Subaru Legacy that was making me nervous. I called and made an appointment and it was for the next day. When I brought my vehicle in for Quality to check it out. I was greeted in a professional and mannerly way and felt very comfortable bringing my vehicle into the shop. I first noticed when pulling in how clean the shop was and organized. They gave me a ride home and within an hr or so they had called me back and told me where the noise was coming from which it was in the Transmission. They recommended replacing the transmission due to it being a CVT Trans. Within two days of Quality having my vehicle they had the old trans out and new trans in. I was very happy with their work and got my car back just as clean as when I dropped it off there. As I drove away from the shop to go home and didn't hear the noise I was so happy that I didn't have to listen to it anymore. I called Quality Auto Repair first thing in the morning when i went to leave for work and my car wouldnt start. They made arrangement to have it towed to their shop. I got a call from them about an hour after my car was brought in and I was told it was my battery. They replaced my battery and came to pick me up when it was done and I was still able to make it to work for part of the day. The staff there was very helpful and very accomodating. I would definitely take my car back there again.

I brought my car in without an appointment. They gave me a ride home, diagnosed the problem and fixed my car in the same day. They were very professional and reasonable. They even picked me up when it was finished. I would highly recommend to others.

Do not go here. They cost me over $1,500 in repairs (after quoting me $2,200 - amazing how much the price can drop when you threaten to walk away) for parts and services I did not need.



They replaced my entire cooling system (water pump, hoses, thermostat, and radiator) for a head gasket issue. REALLY?!? Also, who quotes $2,200 for a cooling system repair in the first place?



The person I spoke with was extremely pushy and continued to insist that their concern was "my best interest" and "safety" but lets be honest, they had never met me and will never meet me again. Whatever.



The fact that they did not know the difference between a cooling system and a head gasket issue (even I suspected it was not correct when it was diagnosed but being on vacation they kind of had me by the balls) is frightening.



Stay away from this place, very far away.
