Provided by YP.comAvoid this place at all costs. You will REGRET coming here as my fiance and I did. The jeweler at this shop, named Rupert, chipped a priceless diamond heirloom engagement ring of mine while resetting it and has failed to take any responsibility or compensate me for the damage. The owners Caroline and Avi Yosef are unprofessional and uncaring to say the very least. After they admitted that their jeweler damaged my diamond ring, they promptly cut off all communication with me and the issue is still unresolved to this day.
This place is a cheap, cash for gold shop run by shysters disguised as a professional jewelry store. Do not have any serious work done here (i.e. resetting, designing of jewelry). Save yourself a lot of heartache and stay away from this place.
This whole experience is an ongoing NIGHTMARE during what should be one of the happiest times of my life.

Provided by YP.comBeautiful store, very nice and honest owners, and great prices on jewelry! I sold some gold and got an offer that was 200% higher than other stores! Highly recommend! A++++
