A great business in Marlboro. The employees work hard to find best pricing. Great prices and turn-around times. Was very happy with the quality, and will be returning in the future.

Prior review has it right. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They don't stand behind their service. If something goes wrong they are quick to say it isn't their fault or responsibility. Not to be trusted.

I have used Embroiderly Unltd for several years and I find them to be extremely helpful and reliable. Jim, the owner, has gone out of his way to recommend design changes and modify art work that looks better and saves money.



Every job has been completed on time and at the price quoted.

The Worst business I've ever deal with. Many motivated, unfair pricing, bad customer service. They always take order with lots of mistakes. Price keep changing from placing order to pick up order date. Just too much to deal with Susan. She should be gone.
