The staff is very friendly. When I have a class online to attend they find me a nice quiet area or room to use and they do so quickly. I've left things there by accident, such as my blue tooth mouse. Headphones and even the small note book that I have all my logon info for all of my subscriptions and that includes my passwords. The next time I visit they always have them safe and sound from prying eyes
