Worst ISP you could EVER use, the service is a joke. Most of the time they blame any issues with your equipment. And, this is after we have had a tech out to check the line who also agreed that the house signal looked good. You can't ever call the Mariposa office for assistance, they don't have a single competent tech (I think they hire from the high school). Save yourself the headaches and trouble, GET SATELLITE. It may be a bit slower with the ping, but will save you tons of headaches of dealing with a poor company like sierra tel. The only reason they received one star is because the scale doesn't go any lower.
