Today I took my son to see a movie here. I have a 7month old I needed to bring w/ us. When I arrived I was told I couldn't take my bag in w/ me.I welcomed them to look in my bag.I didn't have anything to hide I just specifically packed the bag to get my youngest happily through the movie. They said no. I asked if I could use a plastic baggy to put a toy, paci, my wallet & keys in.They said no.I took what I could manage & left my bag. Half way through the movie I saw over 5 ppl walking into theatre rooms w/ bags. After the movie I waited for my bag as I watched more ppl w/ purses walking in the theatre I just exited! I asked the manager if the rules changed. She said "no we just got really busy". If it's a safety concern(that's what I was told) then enforce it as such. Safety should not be provided at a convenience. The fact I couldn't & they could feels discriminatory & wrong. If this is the customer service that is being provided it's comforting to know they won't be in business long.
