The Grant County Courthouse operates a circuit and several superior courts for the legal and legislative functioning of Grant County, Ind. Its administrator supervises and coordinates the administrative functions and operations of various county courts and supervises and directs the activities of nonjudicial personnel. Its superior court has jurisdiction over a variety of cases, including criminal, domestic relations, juveniles, claims, landlord tenant matters and civil suits and provides the only forum in the county for trial by jury. The Grant County Courthouse is located in Marion, Ind.
