Provided by YP.comMost disappointed in this store especially Jesse Hanson. Was duped into purchasing a warranty on our furniture. When trying to file a claim was told this wasn’t covered even though a sales consultant said it was. Spoke with Jesse and was told “we can’t help it if our employees lie” !
Asked him for some scenarios of what might be covered and he said “if a screw driver accidentally makes a hole then that would be covered !!! WHAT do you know how hard it would be to “accidentally” make a hole in the upholstery !!!! Spoke with the warranty office and was told that NO that would not be covered!
Good God even their current consultant Jesse Hanson doesn’t understand the plan.
There are sooo many complaints on line about Furniture Row’s warranty policy. Mainly saying it’s a scam !!
Customers just don’t buy the plan.
