Bernet Concrete came in to repour my neighbors aging driveway. In the process they cut through my buried dog fence in several locations and on several different days, despite the fact that after the first time I marked the location of the fence. Note that the buried fence was on my property and not on my neighbors. After the concrete work was finished, I noticed that they had splattered cement on the side of my garage. No remedial work has been taken by the contractor.
