Cheapest landlord ever. Not responsive or respectfull to tennant. Unprofessional handymen. Smart mouthed and very cheap. Will cut all corners to save a buck. Landlord has flat out lied numerous times about repair work to be done. Said they would do it and never showed up at least 3 different times. He is the pushy know it all type also. He's always right. Tennant is always wrong. You will not get your deposit back under any circumstances. Just a bad place to do business so save yourself the trouble. I don't know a single person that would say nice things about this guy.

Do not rent from these people. I'm currently stuck in a lease with this company. Ive had a raccoon in my ceiling for over two weeks now and my calls to this company have fallen on deaf ears. Renters beware.
