He has raise the monthly rates A LOT at Smart Box. He has refused to honor the prior guaranteed rate which we were paying. So consider carefully before you have boxes which may become long-term storage. We were planning on long-term storage when we chose Smart Box to use when selling a house. After the sale, we are in a condo closer to work, but don’t have space, until we move from an Intown condo to a house again. So, once you have everything packed away in Smart Boxes in Marietta, be prepared for massive rate increases. These increases let me to finally check other storage locations, and to my surprise I found many locations with for lower prices, which are even climate controlled. And comparable size space in non-climate controlled spaces are much, much lower-priced then Smart Box in Marietta. Do some shopping, in person, at other locations in order to pay much less overtime.

Our office needed to move, and temporarily store, one of our electronic tables. We were happy to found SmartBox, as they were doing delivery and storage. However, as we are not located in Atlanta, we were a bit worry about this moving. We quickly realize that SmartBox was efficient, on time, careful with our fragile item, and always available to keep us update or answer quickly to our question. Even after the delivery they were still doing follow up, and were making sure to be available if we needed to. We will recommend SmartBox to anyone. Thanks a lot Ned!

My wife and I found mold in our home and had to move out extremely quickly without knowing where we were going to live next. A friend of mine recommended SmartBox and we couldn't have had a better experience. They were extremely responsive and dropped off the 4 boxes in two days from my first phone call. We were able to load up our belongings at our leisure and they came and picked them up once we were done. We then lived with a family member until we found our new home and the Smart Boxes were at our new home waiting for us immediately after we closed. Easy, Simple, Very Affordable and Great Customer Service! I will be using SmartBox again!
