These guys are the best Thanks to Jody and Josh I saved about 3400.00 they repaired my car for 650.00 when everyone else was trying to charge me 4000.00.I am a customer for life will bring my car here if I ever have any problems they are not only honest, professional and great priced they do complete car care. I have my transmission serviced at Mr. Transmission of Marietta at intervals recommended by Buick. The process is always efficient and timely. I drop my car off for maintenance, go to lunch, then pick it up after a couple of hours. The team review their findings and let me know of any potential problems they spotted while working on my car. I know I can trust them to tell me the truth. And they charge me what they quoted. It's a fantastic experience.

I took my car the because my tranny felt like it was stalling I thought I was going to need a need one but it was only a c1 connection charged me 100's less than I thought and even told me about another issue and recommended me to a good mechanic. Kudos!!!!!

I can not say enough good things about this company. A few years ago, I got stuck in a blizzard and blew out my 4th gear. I then drove the car about 800 miles home. Needless to say I had done a lot of damage and needed to have a rebuilt transmission put in my Toyota Camry. They took care of me. They even took me back into the shop to look at what they were talking about. They didn't talk down to me and made sure I understood what was going on. Well my check engine light came on a few years later and I took my car over to have them take a look. They did a diagnostic and found the car had a slight issue. Though my warranty had expired last year, they still made good on it. I found this place to begin with from a friend of mine whom had nothing but excellent things to say about them. Since my first experience with them, I've been the same way. I've told anyone that mentions they need some work done to check this place out.

Our Honda van's transmission developed a loud noise shortly before a road trip to Chicago. The Mr. Transmission team performed an in-depth diagnostic of my transmission, determined the cause and expedited us into their schedule so we could make our Chicago deadline. Honesty - It Means Everything and it doesn't hurt that work on my car was well done, reasonably priced, no gimmicks, and just a wonderful outcome and feeling. Who isn't apprehensive when transmission issues develop? I sure was, and this was my 3rd trip there with a good outcome. 1st - I was told by dealer I needed new transmission; Mr. Transmission advised me that transmission was fine, but sluggishness would be corrected by tune-up, which I had done and transmission sprung back to life. 2nd time I took my car there for a non-transmission service they don't do; my fault. This last time - I had a broken seal. FIXED. End of story.

Tim Roos, the Center Manager, was especially helpful in explaining the transmission problems in my Dodge Caravan. He updated me regularly with the status of the work being done. My van is running well,and I am extremely satisfied with the job Mr. Transmission of Marietta did.

I was referred here by my repair shop. They said that Mr. Transmission was reputable and would not try to sell me anything that I did not need. True to their word they did not. I went in with pretty much a self-confirmation attitude that I was going to be spending a couple grand to replace the transmission, and they very well could have said, hey you need a transmission job done, because it was skipping hard. Turns out that the computer system for the gear shifting needed to be reset. Mark is the owner. He was polite, honest, and quick to get me in and out of there even as busy as they were. The front desk reception was great as well, they made me feel comfortable and gave me attention as I came in. I even got a call first thing the next morning from Mark to make sure everything was ok with the car. I recommend this transmission shop over all others in the Marietta area.

I paid over $3000.00 to rebuild my transmission, less ten a year 7 months later i find out that they did not properly replace a wiring harness. I get stuck out of town...Do they want to help? No. It ends up costing me over $1000.00 due to their workmanship! When calling them on the repair, they also play a "Shell Game" telling you they are someone they are not! KEEP AWAY!
