My former physician was dropped from my insurance plan so I contact Dr. Van Noy's office and gave her office personnel information about the insurance plan I was on. Her staff assured me that her practice accepted the health plan I have. So I had my former physician forward her my records and placed on different medications by Dr. Van Noy. However, after been to an appointment, I received a bill that my insurance company failed to progress payment I was expecting them to do because her practise was out of network. It is my opinion that her practise failed to provide full disclosure.
