Frankies is a great neighborhood Italian restaurant to eat in or take out. We particularly like their Chicken Parm!

Upon arriving at ll:00 on 12/8/06 the restaurant was freezing. I ordered a spaghetti lunch special. Rolls and salad were brought out and then our entree. We ate with coats on and our noses were running. I asked for a to-go container for my leftover food. The waiter said I could not take my 2 leftover rolls with me. I insisted that they were mine, I paid for them and they were going with me. He shouted that I was stealing and threatened to call the police! I was mortified. Needless to say I will never dine there again and make sure others know how customers are treated.
