Awesome Customer Service!!

My husband and I had our Mustang GT repaired by Cherokee Collision Center and they did a FABULOUS job!! Their awesome customer service will bring us back whenever we need any type of auto repairs!!

I took my new Chevy Camaro there after it was hit in the back. There was alot of damage and they repaired my car better than I could have expected. They insured that my insurance company only used OEM parts and did not try to fix broken parts but replace them. The staff was very nice, especially RJ, and answered all of my questions. My family and I only bring our cars to Cherokee Collsion center because we know that we will get quality repairs.

RJ was very helpful, he took care of the insurance company and all I had to do was drop the car off and pick it up.My car looked brand new,they had even cleaned the car up better than it ever had been. I was very pleased with the overall service and felt like I could really trust them. My husband had taken his Tahoo to them a couple of years ago with a few dings. He was very pleased with the service,work and how quick they were. We would highly recommend them to our family and friends. Awesome place of business !

I had a great experience with Cherokee Collision Center! They are the best car repair business I have ever dealt with. When I came in a few months ago for a door repair, they guided me through the insurance process and rental car process which made it so easy. I usually have no time to leave my office during the day so it is hard for me to do things during the week but they went out of their way to accomodate my schedule. The staff is professional and so great to work with! RJ, Ashley, and Katie were all very helpful throughout the process.

This is the place to go for an honest estimate on superior workmanship. The employees have always gone out of their way to be helpful, they will go to bat for you against the insurance company as well. Our vehicles have been returned in a timely manner, repaired safely and in beautiful condition. It is always possible to get a cheaper repair, it is not possible to find better quality workmanship for a fairer price. RJ has been terrific for us, highly recomment this company.

I had my car repaired at Cherokee Collision Center and can't say enough about how great the staff and repair process was!! The staff really took care to get the insurance company to pay to have my car repaired back to the way it was before the accident-even better because it was washed and detailed!! The staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant and really helped guide me through the whole process. The facility is state of the art and very professional!! Excellent repair to my car! I will definitley go back and tell all of my friends!
