Found this company online and found him to be a very nice & professional person. He came out & repaired my display flower cooler & put a new spring activated door handle on my walk in cooler door. Unfortunately, after he left the handle didn't work properly & he came back & tried to readjust the handle but still wasn't working properly from the inside. Once locked, we couldn't get out. I called Billy & he said he would be out here to repair the issue and he never showed up. I called back again, still no show. I also had Billy work on my son's refrigerated display cooler in his smoothie shop. I was told after evaluation that it could be repaired with two parts, but after he tried those parts he said it needed a new compressor. The compressor worked for one week and the unit started running at 50 degrees. Too warm for both a refrigerator or freezer. Billy said we had tampered with the wiring to cause it to run hot and he would be out to look at it. Then he said the last repairman did something to cause the damage. Again, he was a no show. We called him three different times & emailed him. Unfortunate, I thought I had found a good refrigeration repair company but wouldn't use him again if he can't warrant his workmanship.
Very frustrated and disappointed customer!

A1 American came out to my store to repair my ice Machine,
Had it work on by other company, But still would't work. A1 American replace a defrost time., work Great now.... Thank Billy
