Very Poor, they only do 1040 A forms with standard deductions. And then deducted or illimated mileage etc. I don't recommend using this service.

Very please with Ana morell , she is very professional , and answer your calls , I will certainly recommend her to my friends .

I love this place. En una epoca en donde lo que manda es el dinero, es refrescante encontrar un equipo de personas (todas mujeres) en donde la compasion y deseo de ayudar a las personas , es su prioridad. Gracias por tan grata ayuda!

I went to Latin Tax Services and had my taxes made by Ana Morell in April 2017. It is late October 2017 and found it strange I never got my refund or any letter from the IRS to let me know if there was any issues. So I decided to call the IRS today. Long story short, it ends up being that the IRS never received my 2016 joint tax return from Latin Tax Services Electronically in which I paid $ 150.00 for. The IRS then told me that I would be penalized for applying this late if I would send my tax return again now!! While I was on the phone with the IRS, my husband decided to call Ana Morell at Latin Tax Services to find out what happend. She told my husband that during that time we filed the IRS rejected the electronic tax return because the pin # she had for my husband was incorrect. So my husband asked why hasn't she called us to let us know our tax was rejected during that time!!! All of these issues wouldn't be happening! She didn't answer his question and my husband gave her the pin numbers again today and she said she sent the tax return again today electronically. While all that conversation was happening, the IRS told me I won't receive any information until December 2017! Now this had me angry because of this HUGE STUPIDITY and irresponsibility of Mrs. Morell, my son will not be able to file for his FAFSA in order to go to the University this year because I need my 2016 tax return. So her mistake ruined my household situation at this time.She hung up the phone and i called her back and told her I wanted my refund of $150.00 and that she is going to have to pay the penalty that the IRS will charge me because of this mistake. She said she will send me a check but had the NERVE TO TELL ME THAT IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL HER TO FOLLOW UP AND THAT IT WASN'T HER FAULT! I was so angry and told her that I paid $ 150 for her tax service and trusted her that my taxes was sent promptly and if she had any issues that the tax return was rejected she was supposed to call me!!! So I can give her the information she needed!!!! The IRS takes its time to review thousands or millions of tax returns so I thought it was taking longer than usual. Unfortunately, that was not the case!!! It was all her fault. If I didn't call the IRS today, my taxes would still be unfiled and my sons FAFSA would be in worse jeopardy than what it already is cause of her! I feel she is a SCAM and doesn't do a great job in the accounting field. I decided to go to her because of the great google reviews i read of her. But honestly, she is messing up people's lives and taxes because she doesn't seem to care --- I DO NOT RECOMMEND LATIN TAX SERVICES AND THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN... BE CAREFUL IF YOU GO THERE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!!!

Worst service, EVER! After paying a ridiculous amount to send paperwork to Colombia they LIED when it didn't arrive. They actually LIED and blamed the postal service. Later, they found the paperwork and they NEVER sent it! No apology, no refund, no discount, nothing.


El peor servicio , NUNCA! Después de pagar una cantidad ridícula para enviar documentos a Colombia Mintieron cuando no llegó . De hecho mentido y culparon al servicio postal . Más tarde , se encontraron con el papeleo y que nunca han enviado ! Ninguna disculpa , ningún reembolso , sin descuento , nada .

Never trust that these people will do their job! I paid them $80 to get papers to Colombia and they assured me when they DIDN'T arrive on time that it was the postal services fault. Later, they discovered THEY had NEGLECTED to send the paperwork!

Nunca confíe en que estas personas van a hacer su trabajo! Les pagué $ 80 a conseguir papeles para Colombia y me aseguró cuando no llegan a tiempo de que la culpa era de los servicios postales . Más tarde , descubrieron que se había olvidado de enviar el papeleo!

Ana Morrel has done my immigration paper review, Taxes since 2006 and also y feel like we all are best friends because they have great customer service.

Ps: Sometimes they have 3 hours waiting list for Tax job but, this is not bad it's shows how great they are and people love to wait to receive great suggestions and Tax preparation.

I been doing my taxes with Ana for a few years, I'm totally satisfied, she is very helpful, and always takes the time to answer all my question.

I dont recomend this tax preparer. Ms. ANA MORELL did my taxes this year but she never sent the documents. After calling the IRS on several ocasions, and going to her office claiming for my refund, she said here is your money back and your documents, please leave. SHE NEVER SENT MY PETITION AND SHE DIDNT CARE WHAT COULD HAPPENED TO ME!!!! Also, a friend told me that she messed up with his inmigration documents too, they return the documents and Ms. MORELL change his money order to one of her personal checks! This is a careless person who is runing an office where a lot of people could be scam!!!! I already file for a complain in the IRS. PLEASE BE CAREFULL WITH HER.
