If there were a zero star rating for this "establishment" I would dispense it!!!!!
HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!
1. The receptionist is polite, but a decoy for getting your money. Once they have recieved it forget about getting a straight answer from them ever again!
2.Anytime thereafter, any concerns are handed te the "manager" who threatens to hang up the phone when you try to discuss any problems
3. They do not deliver the coach they promise (different color, quality not as it appears in picture), instead the "manager" proceeds to read you the contract when comment on the fact
4. You may visit their dump of an office, which we did not do because we found the company via an online advertizement, you will literally "see" the quality you will be getting. It is located in a DUMP of an office, which adequately describes what type of assistance you will be recieving after you put a down payment on a coach.
5.Their drivers are horrendous!!!! Whether it be due to a lack of training, or what we came to find as an overall lack of service skills within the company, they hound the bride, groom, mother or the bride and passengers for the remainder of the cost (less than one percent of the overall total) ON their wedding day! In this instance, the driver litterally pulled the groom away from pictures with the wedding party at around 5p, when the coach was rented until 11:30p! The driver then proceeded to charge the guests for their trip! Obtaining a total of $230 when the balance was only $100. Effectively ruining my wedding day!!!
I hope this company disappears faster than they take your money and the employees find themselves in establishments where they actually teach customer service!!!
