My husband joined in January 2015. He went one time. He is 70 and has been ill most of the year and never went back. We called and were told two times they didn't allow cancellations. We paid for the whole year and in December told them our contract is up and to stop taking payments out of our account. Still took the payment anyway. Beware. If they were any good at all they would have let my husband out.
