leaky windows

Base on my experience with this company, I would not recommend them or their products. I built a house about 3 years ago now and from day one had problems with their windows. Over the last 3 years, they have made only 3 attempts to fix/resolve the problem. From day one the windows leaked, and still leak to this day. I have made numerous attempts at contacting them and the owner and been told that I would be called back or the problem would be resolved. And now after a month of calling I have not been called back to get my leaky windows fixed.

Also when trying to get them to come and fix the windows, you seem to have to work around their time to even get them to come and attempt to resolve the issue.

So in conclusion I would strongly suggest not purchasing their products, atleast their windows for sure!
