In the market for a high end gas dryer. Shopped the big boxes and stopped by for look, see. Ended up saving 100s of dollars. No high pressure, no extra fees, no sales gimmicks. Straight deal. I'll be back when I remodel.

Called in and was told they would get back to me with specifics on a request for a refridgerator. When I called back a couple hours later another rep stated that they were very busy and really couldn't talk on the phone. The website said they could get specific models, so I just stopped by. When working with th eoriginal salesperson, he tried for a bit then said hold on for a minute. He then took care of other customers while I waited. When he came back he asked if I was all set. I said, well what aobut the models I am looking at? He tried to look again on his computer, then said it was hard to find. So I asked at that time, so you basically can't help me? He said no. I then left. Apparently the website is not a good representation of what they can carry.
