I've been a sprint customer since 2008 and i've never had such a horrible experience in my duration with sprint. March 24th I went in w/my sister to upgrade my phone using my sister;s upgrade. unfortunately I was "helped" by Austin, Austin had let me know today sprint was upgrading people for free! they are also giving out two free motto I phones, PLUS two FREE beats headphones. before leaving i paid to cancel an ipad on the account and also to hand in Austin my old iphone 7, Austin stated I did not need to turn this phone in? I found it odd considering I lease! Fast forward to a month later when I received my bill for over 500 dollars! I went into sprint and Curtis brushed me aside,i asked him if I could please speak with a manager, Curtis then stated he was the manager on this shift. I asked him specifically if my old iphone7 had a line attached to it and if the ipad was cancelled Curtis refused to answer my question and stated a "Higher up manager" will contact me within a few days. That day never came and in between that time Austin looked up my personal information and started Texting me saying someone should have sent me a return kit for my old iphone7?! I finally got a hold of someone in account services to help me and let them know about the inappropriate behavior. Account services was able to contact the store manger William who stated he was never told about my situation! William refunded me for the beats head phones and let me know Austin attached a line to the old iphone7.. William was to note in my account the mistake Austin made and also contact me again on 5/25/18 but he never did. And now im going a round and a round with sprint customer service. Safe to say, skip the head ache of this sprint store, the lack of customer care and just head over to Verizon.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - They sold us defective phones and we tried to return or exchange them 9 days later to which they would not honor the 14 day return policy. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and would recommend to avoid this store (and think twice about their service all together).
