Once would have been 5 stars. My wife and I have kept a "Pittsburgh Blue" fund for the past 3 years, adding any incidental cash to it as it happened to come in. When it reached $150 or more, we would invite friends to accompany us and treat them to a wonderful dining experience. The steak was unbeatable. A bit pricey, but very good quality and well prepared offering a brandy peppercorn sauce like I've found nowhere outside the UK. However, my wife reserved a table for my birthday on July 29th this year; how a place could slide so rapidly is beyond explanation. Service was intolerable--we waited with empty plates and empty glasses for more than 35 minutes without service while our server flitted about like a moron oblivious to our presence. My steak was inferior quality, tough, and not prepared to order. The brandy peppercorn tasted like something from a tin. Now in search of a new favorite restaurant. Still 3 1/2 star but not worth the money.

Expectatation not entirely met

Service was very prompt, but quality of food (steaks were order) was a bit below what I expected for the price. We will try them again, this time we'll other main entrees. Location was ideal, as far as getting on/off the freeway.

I love it! Steaks are yummy, service is good, the wine list is nice! It's great to have a restaurant in the burbs that makes you feel like you're downtown!

Noisy, a bit expensive, went with 5, sides are overpriced but large. I had Roasted Prime Rib (not the steak) and found it a bit tough (apparently cooked a bit 'too fast' and/or not Prime Grade...), my medium-rare was almost grey in the middle. All entrees are a la carte. Very poor acoustics, nearly impossible to converse - seems more like a high-end bar with steaks than a restaraunt that "Chef Ramsey" would like. Some interesting appetisers, might be a good place to have some drinks (don't drink and drive). Ho-Hum value for the Price, but not actually 'bad'.
