For the past 4 years I have brought my husbands watches here and my fitness watches for battery replacement. I have had a chain link repaired on a necklace, and just last week I brought in my weeding rink with had gotten bent out of shape and they fixed that free of charge for me. Great service.

This is the worst business i have ever been to out of any, out of any type of business! First i got a watch battery from there and the battery died within two months. I opened the watch myself after that, and found out the lady (that is the owners wife i believe) gave me an old energizer battery! Gave them a second chance and tried to get my watch band sized to my wrist and the same lady did not properly put the pin in one of the links and almost damaged/destroyed a brand new expensive watch i just bought. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. HORRIBLE- THEY WILL WRECK YOUR EXPENSIVE JEWELRY!
