It's very difficult to remain pleasant when calling pharmacy and you are told 30 minutes earlier you are next on the phone to be answered and for the next 30 min every 45 seconds a voice apologizes for the wait however everyone is busy on calls. As customer stews awaiting an answer the reminder that your time is irrelevant and humor you with reassuring words of no substance you feel demeaned and degraded. Customer service is a thing of the past here and powerless. Welcome to the new standard, where the monolithic pharmacies consume the traditional and personal small businesses and profit is King.
