I had a great first experience with them. My second experience however, not so much. I went in I took three pairs of jeans they had them for over a week. I asked them if they took Discover card they said yes. When I went in to pay the price was double from what they actually told me it was going to be and they told me they do not take Discover card so I couldn't pay for it. I asked them why the price was double what they told me and why they told me they took Discover card when they did it, and the woman who owns the business and her husband were incredibly rude to me they got attitude with me and they told me that I was lying to them about what they told me. On this website it even says that they except discover card. They need to get their stuff together. I do not recommend ever using this place for any type of alteration. They are incredibly rude and condescending. And they screw you over.

VERY happy with this place

located in the texas roadhouse/ johnny carinos parking lot. the zipper on my jean shorts broke with less than a day before i left for school. i called the store and they told me to rush in. i got there at about 2pm and they agreed to fix my zipper. it was ready by 5pm and it seems that the work is well done. it cost me $12.99. maybe a little expensive to fix a zipper, but very satisfied with how quickly they were able to squeeze me in.

I took in 1 pair of pants to be hemmed to 30". The woman had my pants for a week, clearly enough time to do the work (she's said the pants would be ready the next day). I went in to pick up the pants, tried them on and they were way too long. I complained to the man working there and asked for a tape measure; he never gave me one. I stupidly paid for the work that clearly was not done. I went home later that day, measured the pants and they were 31 1/2" long; not the 30" long I'd asked for. I called and talked with the woman who owns the store. She NEVER apologized; she NEVER took responsibility for the mistake. Instead she made excuses that some pants are longer in the crotch, but finally did admit 30" meant 30".



Do NOT use this company for alterations! They do NOT do the work you ask them to do! PLEASE don't make the same mistake I did!

Fast, friendly service and they even give you a bottled water to go. We used them for some wedding alterations and they did a great job. They are open on Saturday's too.

Fast, friendly service in a nice clean atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and they are very kind to work with.
