Honestly, the gym experience was a five. Great instructors, fello gym goers and classes.

The reason why my rating of this gym leans towards the negative is due to administrstional issues and poor communication. When I was forced to cancel my membership due to a injury during class combined with the cost of attending, I understood that I had to pay for another month of membership. It sucked but hey, that's what I signed up for (corporate attempt to get more money from someone who is leaving- understandable) so I sucked it up and paid for a month I didn't use. Then I was surprised to get another bill the next month. When I called to get it corrected I was then assured that it was an error and that they would refund my money. Two days later I get a voicemail letting me know "nope sorry no refund. The cancelation was on the first billing day so you have to pay for two months of a membership you wont use"

After calling the store and getting more "sorry. Talk to corperate" I emailed them asking for a little customer service and understanding. It's not like I'm trying to steal the money back, it's just a technicality. But 2 weeks later, no response.

On top of this, from a day to day perspective communication was always alittle lacking when it came to management of events and contests. Multiple times I would be told one thing by one employee then another thing by a different employee. In the end, it's a great gym/workout but watch your pocketbook if you ever leave.
