I got an amazing bed from this store and absolutely love it!!! Customer service was on point!!! My family and I can't wait to get out new living room furniture. We will definitely be going back!!!!!!!

Chip and Joanna Gaines' furniture, Magnolia Homes is in! It is some awesome stuff. They even have the entire collection available online!

This is the MOST unprossional business establishment that I have ever been to in my life. We love the products there but would rather go to ANY other store because the people who work there SUCK SO BAD. Worst customer service and snotty attitudes. I would be more than willing to hand any worker in there a punch to the mouth rather than my hard earned money :)

First Off I selected One star because a negative star is not an option.



I bought a dual reclining sofa from VCF in Mansfield. What a waste of my time and money. First, even though advertised in stock, it was not. Took 2 months to get it in and they dont tell you this till you have paid for it. When we finally do get it, ITS BROKE! Right out of the wrapper broke! The bottom of the kick out is way to low, lower then the frame so it wouldnt kick out.



Customer service, what a joke! A pack of monkeys could run that place better then whose there now. When it BROKE AGAIN within warranty it took 3 months to get a service tech to come look at it and he was an ... to us. Tells me someone will call you within a week and let you know time frame of when the parts will be here... He says Mechs are bad.. even though the frame is bent to.... 3 months after he shows up, no call no fix, call them and they say the parts have been sitting there to fix it.... They will come out on Thursday but call me the Wed before... HERE WE GO AGAIN... NO CALL NO SHOW... This place is a joke and worthless! Save time and money and go else where.



Look up Rip Off Reports etc on the company before you buy from them!

I have bought furniture at this store for years. I have never been disappointed by the sales staff. They are very knowledgeable about their products and prices can't be beat.
