Worst customer service experience ever. I was charged $100 to repair a weedwacker that would not start. First time using it would start but would stall. Brought it back was told I would be charged again. When I took back my equipment and complained as I walked away I was told "Have some balls and come say it to my face (which I did)". I think an honorable businessman at the beginning would have cautioned that any level of repair would cost close to the value of a new piece of equipment....but not this guy. Told me I was 1 in a 1000 dissatisfied customer,,,,,, based on this other review it looks like I am at least 2. Stay away.

Rich, picked up, repaired and delivered back my snowblower right before the last big storm. Saved me a lot of shoveling. Good service, good rates
