Great experience great tattoo!! We went to Art and Soul after being ripped off and treated poorly buy another shop in Mansfield center. We were greeted by a professional, friendly person, Michael he was informative, and made us feel welcome we were able to set up a consultation with Anna. She is fantastic we waited a few weeks but well worth it. I have recommended Art and Soul to any only who will listen, can't wait to go back.

I have 4 tattoos and 3 were done at Art & Soul. I've felt welcome there, got a birthday e-mail from them and always been happy with the work. My sister has had 4 of her 5 tattoos done there and is planning another one. The staff has always been pleasant, considerate and done excellent work.

Read the previous two reviews, and this person is a nut job at best. The artists are super talented and when I was in I was treated very well and felt very much at home. It's an inviting space and there where plenty of other customers in who seemed very happy with the work being done and the way they were being treated. I found my way to Art & Soul after first visiting another shop in the same area where I was treated really poorly. I am super happy with Art and Soul Tattoo. Thanks to Anna and the rest of the staff there! :)

" Artists" are not very established . they seem to lack experience. The art work varies from childish cartoony to just crappily done. And they seem to be a bit pretenious as well. I was there for about 3 minutes and didnt like the way I was treated. Off I went

Not a very good shop. It smells bad, its dark and dingy, and the waiting area is like a stuffy phone booth.... Desk help is condescending, and snotty.. And the art work is at best passable....move on!
