Provided by YP.comI had a viper remote start installed on my mercury a few years back. I recently had a problem with my car draining the battery overnight. My mechanic at mankato crank and chrome diagnosed it as a problem with some relay which was part of the Viper remote. I thought it was going to get expensive until I got a call from them stating that rockin ronny's would cover the part under the lifetime warranty. He brought the relay up to rockin ronny's and they swapped it out for a new one no questions asked. Dead battery issue solved at minimal expense and I couldn't be happier. Anyone who wants a remote start should go to Rockin Ronny's.
