Provided by YP.comI'm reducing this review due to space. Bottom line: The owner is rude and uncooperative.He has no desire to see his customers satisfied. We had an immediate issue with the manual chair. It was very difficult to operate.The owner would not listen, kept interrupting and told us how to fix it despite our lack of ability because of health constraints. He made it impossible to exchange and took $200 of our refund. He's making an extra profit on that chair while we are out of $200 and now no chance of buying another char which was sorely needed for my husbands back issue. They should be ashamed of themselves and how they do business.

Provided by YP.comWe went to Myer's Furniture (and several other furniture stores) in mid-March looking for an L-shaped sectional. Because of the shape of our room, we specifically wanted a sectional with a long side and a short side. In Myer's Furniture, the sales woman was very friendly and not pushy, and we found a La-Z-Boy sofa that we liked. She quoted us a price for the sofa that we wanted (three cushions on one side, two cushions on the other) which was in our price range, so we ordered it and were assured we would receive it within 6-8 weeks. Fast forward 10 weeks, and our sofa finally came in (late, and with no apology for the delay) and was delivered to our house. The sofa that was delivered was not the one that we ordered. It was the right style and color, but it only had two cushions on each side. Since we had specifically asked the saleswoman for one with a longer side, we knew immediately that this was the wrong sofa. We told the delivery people about the problem, and told them we were going to call the store to work it out. We found out later that one of the delivery people was the owner, but he never identified himself as such. During the rest of the day, we spent several phone calls discussing our problem with the management and owner of the store. Essentially, they told us that we would need to spend $400 more if we wanted the sofa fixed. They were willing to give us a discount to bring it down to $300, but were not willing to fix the mistake of the saleswoman quoting us the wrong price (and then ordering the wrong sofa). So, now I have a sofa that is not what I wanted, but has used up all of the budget that we planned for the sofa, so I can't afford to order the one that I do want. While the saleswoman was friendly, I am very very disappointed that they do not back up their products, and are not willing to fix their mistake with no further charge to us. In addition, the owner was belligerent with us on the phone and implied that we did this on purpose to get a free cushion on our sofa. I will not be going back, and will be posting this review on every review website that I can find, as well as sending this review to the Better Business Bureau.
