Fraudulent, highly disappointing customer service. I wanted to get a crown adjusted that was originally put by one of their own doctors, and was told on the phone by their staff that there will be no charge for that visit and service. I specifically told them that I have no dental insurance and cannot afford any surprise charges, and they assured me that there won't be any.



After the visit, I was presented with a surprise bill. When I explained the situation to them, then rather than being understanding, I was lectured on their "policy" and how I should have been "more informed". Even after admitting their staff's mistake, they were stubborn about not providing me with a refund. There was no point reasoning with their staff or doctor at all. Well, they have saved $52 but have lost a long-term customer.

Dr. Smith is the best, most honest Doctor I have ever had. She is extremely fair and always does what is in the patients best interest. There is no one I would trust more than Dr. Smith!
