I came to Eric Wisdom because, I wanted a better Dentist and guess what I got one. He is very nice, along with the other employees. Also I have Dental Insurance that is through a program that involves tricare. Which does not pay 100% but that is fine. Eric treated me with respect and did a wonderful job.

This is a total lie. Dr. Wisdom is nothing like this. He tries to explain everything so that you'll understand it. He WOULD NEVER rush "because he is late for lunch" Thats the dumbest excuse to trash talk someone!!

Horrible service

My husband is in the Military and we Have TRI -care, we were reffered to him to do some work on my husband. At a visit they asked my husband to put money down on a procedure some my husband didn't think anything of it and gave them half of the amount. Well being Active Duty tri-care pays and covers %100 of your bills. Dr. Wisdoms office took our money refused to give it back untill Tri care paid them in full. That was 2 and a half months ago, we have still yet to get our money back, Tricare paid them in Full and the office is still holding our money claiming they had never been paid. long story short, the office girls, never return your phone calls, give excuses, take your money and lie to you. So they took our money and the money that tricare paid them and made off with it. We still have not gotten our money back.

As a response to this claim Tricare is not the carrier of the military Dental Insurance the carrier it is United Concordia. United Concordia does not pay 100% of all services. They do pay 100% on a cleaning all other services they only pay a portion or rather percentage. We submit insurance claims for our patients, the portion(s) that we collect at the time of service is an estimate and an estimate only.

too busy for his clients

I went in for a cleaning and explaining that as a student, I didn't have dental insurance and hadn't been to the dentist in a couple years. I had a great hygenist who did an excellent job with my cleaning but when she saw the X-rays she thought I had a cavity. I told her I wanted to get it taken care of now because the tooth had been kind of bother me. She said the dentist would be in to explain more of what would need to be done. He rush up to me, took less than a minute to look and me and my x-rays and when I was trying to ask questions, he said he was late for lunch (not my problem!). He just told me to get it looked at again in 6 months and it's been bothering me every since. I know any other dentist would have recognized it as a cavity that needed to get taken care of but he just didn't have the time. I would not recommend him.
