I went about a week ago to get my eyebrows waxed and the girl did a hideous job! She left them uneven, with hair still left behind in areas that should have been cleaned, gave me a bald spot, No arch, and the whole thing is terrible. I am so un-happy with the outcome. I HAD a great brow that needed a little cleaning up to do and decided to try a "professional" waxing service and in return received a very UGLY brow serviceI

I didn't expect her to do so terrible or else i would have plucked them myself. Expensive 17$ for a trashy "final product". Its a very nice chic place, very clean and relaxing and i must say i adore the aveda product but the work was very untrained!

I wish I could say different since its in a nice location and the store is beautiful
