I read the reviews on Northshore Volkswagen before I went to buy my car. I was a little skeptical going into the dealership after reading reviews. I was met with a firm handshake by Hans my salesman. Hans was by no means a pushy salesman. I met the general manager who was very friendly. The finance manager, Jason was very knowledgeable. I went in thinking that it was going to take all day, but it did not. I was in at 9am and out by 10:30am. I got the protective coating to my interior and exterior that takes about an hour to apply. I will recommend this dealership to everybody.
