They managed to accomplish what we could not.
Imagine having an 18 lb long haired cat, fighting, spitting ect. Because he doesn't want to be brushed! They were able to fix his coat with a reasonable price.
I love them. ....

Used to love Petsmart, The grooming salon lied to me about having nicked my dog's nipple and the manager lied about reimbursing me the cost of the grooming. Have taken my pet to this salon since 2007 - will not ever take her back. She had cancer of one of her nipples and I explained that since they said they had not nicked her (and very rude to boot) I had to take her to our vet who took one look at her and said the nipple had been nicked. I despise being lied to, but more so, I hate that they obviously don't care about it as much as they professed they did.
