I'm not really sure why there are so many bad reviews. The customer service has been great every time I've been in there. If they don't have what you are looking for they were more than happy to order it.

very rude owner, often yelling and cursing. intelligent on products but often talks down to customers and acts like paying costumers are bothering her while she plays games on the computer or gossips.

I've had nothing but great experiences here, I don't know why the other reviewers are so upset... they have a great selection and are very knowledgeable about their products.

I have tried to put up with the rude treatment I've received at this store and give the owners the benefit of the doubt. I know how difficult it can be to own a small business these days, and I do my best to shop local when possible. However, after today, I'm done shopping there. Upon entering their store this afternoon (with my toddler on my hip), the woman at the cash register was relating a story. We happened to walk in just as she was yelling "F*** off!!" This is just completely unacceptable, and I refuse to support an establishment that has zero respect for their customers.

Manchester Feed has the WORST customer service of ALL the feed mills I've ever shopped at. The owner is the rudest person I've ever encountered in the retail business. She apparently doesn't understand the customer is her bread and butter. I used to buy quite a few products from them until the owner was rude to me one time too many. The last straw was when I...the PAYING customer....came in to buy some things while she was chatting with a friend and ignored me for 5 minutes, and when she finally waited on me, she had the nerve to act like she was put out . She is very unprofessional and should not be in a business where she has to deal with people because she obviously is an antisocial personality. I took my business elsewhere years ago. I know from a reliable source Manchester Feed has lost a lot of business due to the obnoxious, rude and disrespectful attitude of the owner. It's too bad....now the other lady who works there, you couldn't find a nicer person. I'd suggest if you buy there at all (and frankly I suggest staying away at all costs), only shop the days the owner's has off..



and as the previous review stated...one star is being generous....but you can't post unless you give the business a star rating...otherwise they'd have gotten ZERO from me

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner is rude, belligerent, and argumentative. The woman who runs it is like a feral cat backed into a corner...best to keep your distance. I certainly will. No more shopping at Manchester Feed & Supply. Instead, I will be going out of my way to the feed supply in Saline or Dexter.



One star is being generous.
