I used Bill Rohrbaughs for a wedding reception. The bus did not show for the first pick up so the wedding party had to drive themselves to the event thus arriving too late to take the early photos and set the entire schedule off for the rest of the evening. The company had been given 4 contact numbers but never called any of them to let anyone know they would not be arriving. They could have easily found the numbers to the Hotel or Venue as well to call to say they were not going to make it but did not. They never called to apologize but only made contact with me on the third day following the wedding and only after I sent a complaint via e-mail. I had set up a charter for peace of mind and assurance that my guests would not be drinking and driving and this incompetence set the whole evening and planned events off course. A simple phone call to one of 4 numbers they were given could have changed the whole course of the evening. I was told they could not find the numbers even though they were on the contract I signed and in an e-mail I sent 2 days before the wedding which was confirmed. When I asked why they didn't look of the Venue or call the hotel they could not give me an answer. My recommendation is to find another charter service who is more competent. Mother of the Bride.
