I called to speak with someone in photo and was put on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up and called back , the lady who answered told me the store was very busy and she paged photo many times. I was then put on hold for 15 minutes someone picked up and asked my why I was on hold. By this time I was alittle frustrated. I told her I've been holding for photo and she put me back on hold and disconnected me. So I called a third time, a different lady answered, I told her I wasn't happy with the service I was getting, I have a simple question to ask In photo, she told me she's sorry and that she was gonna " hop on over there and get someone to answer, 11 minutes later someone different answered and asked me why I was on hold. I explained everything to her and she said she would run over and get someone to answer, 5 minutes later she got back on and asked me what the question was so she could relay it to the photographer. She was the smartest of the bunch, I was helped in 2 minutes and I was satisfied. I wish I had gotten her name. She deserves recognition for owning the problem.

I just called to ask a basic question regarding Walmart's return policy, which is only 90 days, and I was put on hold in the Customer Svc. dept. and was left hanging for a few minutes. Needless to say, I hung up. Sorry, isn't the customer service people supposed to help customers????
