Provided by YPmobileAfter my first experience at Hair by Design I have to say that I will definitely be back! Everyone that worked there was so nice and helpful! Helen-who cut my hair was so friendly and talked with me about the kind of cut I wanted and she did a fabulous job! I left the place feeling like a million bucks! Hair by Design is my new salon!
