My first experience at Skyzone in Manassas was horrible. First thing that shocked me was that they charged my 15 month old to jump for 30 min and didn't even get to because they were overbooked on party reservations. Second I paid for 90 min for my other two kids and they didn't even get to jump for a hour. We all had to keep waiting til there was space available to jump since it's only one kid per square. Third the staff were unprofessional most of the time they were talking amongst themselves not guiding me where I needed to go. Paid $82 for three kids plus myself who by the way didn't get to jump at all. All and all bad experience. Hoping it's because they just open and it doesn't stay like this because I know they will lose a lot of business.
