Amazing DoJang! Master Jeon is great with the kids and adults as well. He is strict and patient at the same time, always trying his best to teach his students confidence and the discipline needed to learn Tae Kwon Do. Also, the discipline and respect needed outside the DoJang. I had my daughters joined a few months before I decided that I didn’t want to just watch them take the class anymore, I wanted to be a part of it. I joined almost 2 years ago, I’m a red belt training to get my black belt. This was one of the best decisions I ever made, I’m in my early 40s and wanted to find a program that was going to motivate me to workout and allow me to feel better and healthy. It hasn't been easy, but the program has helped me feel better, healthier and I continue to be challenge with the intensity of the training, which is great for me.
Every time I come to our DoJang I always feel welcome and it feels like you are part of a big family. I have to say Mrs. Jeon is also an instrumental part of this DoJang, she takes good care of our kids during their before and after school camp and during summer camp as well. The staff they have to assist with training and their child care is great. So, give Mt. Kim Martial Art Spirit a try. You’ll enjoy and love it!

Mt. Kim Martial Art “Spirit” in Manassas, VA, is a school (DoJang) for those that seriously want to learn how to become tactically and proficiently versed in the Martial Arts (particularity Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Judo). Master Jeon, is a well qualified/experienced instructor and practitioner with over 20 years dedication to the Arts. He holds the right qualities that a Master Instructor should have when teaching children and adults alike (i.e. patients, discipline, morals, and understanding). His instruction keeps all students (regardless of age) entertained and captivated. My daughters and I have been enrolled in this school since Sep 2011. I can report that after a 16 year hiatus in practicing the arts, in just 1 month I lost 15 lbs, and my 4 and 5 year old daughters began to show more focus in everything they put their minds to. So, I fully recommend this school for those within the area, anyone who has a desire or is curious of the Martial Arts.
