This place has an excellent taco salad -- usually comes with beef, but feel free to ask to substitute. The cheese sauce is made with Land O Lakes cheese and is great poured over the aforementioned taco salad. Everyone that works there is nice and although I miss Geraldo (the ex manager who left to manage a restaurant in SC), Frank is just as nice. Try it -- I think you will like it more than Casa Chimayo!
