Contacted this company to detail a car for one of my customers. Upon discussion prior to vehicle was picked up, was quoted a fair amount. Myself and the customer to whom the vehicle belonged okay'd the amount. However, upon receipt of finished car and bill, was astounded to see that the original price was more than 3x the amount I was originally quoted and I had never been contacted that it would be more than the original quote. I would not have approved it had I known it was going to increase so ridiculously much. I could've done the work myself, but was trying to help a local business. Work done was for things I had never asked for and never given my permission for. Simply wanted a wash and interior clean. It looked amazing, but am extremely dissapointed that they never called to discuss that the bill would be much more than what we were originally quoted and approved. Would not recommend to anyone. As I had told my customer what they were going to pay and then found out it would be 3x more, I am now going to have to eat this extra cost myself. Ridiculous.
