I can not say enough GREAT things about this company! First of all the were running 15 minutes late and the home office actually took the time to call me and let me know. Who ever does that?!?! Secondly the technician, Matt, was pleasant and informative. He took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. The floors and carpets came out looking like if they were BRAND NEW!! I kid you not!!! I have my carpets and floors done on a yearly basis and have never been overly impressed. This year I decided to try a different company. I am soooooo glad I did! Thank you for a great Job!!!

I was very happy with Allstates. They were professional. Called before to confirm the appointment and were on time. They did a great job.

My husband and I have been in our home for a little over a year. We would have never imagined our hot water heater (2yrs old) would go on us. We were left with a flooded laundry room that ran out into our kitchen area. Allstates Restoration was recommended to us via a community page. They were able to come out that same day to address our issue and concerns. Within a matter of days our home was back to normal! I cannot put into words what a fantastic team they have! amazing communication and professionalism!
