Carl took us in the day I called (other repair garages booked all week ). He correctly guessed the problem before verifying the check engine code, got the part and put it in within a couple of hours. We felt the price was very reasonable and our vacation was saved. And Carl really knows his business.

Do not waste your time or money at this establishment. The employees there have ZERO 0 customer service skills. They made our car rental a hassle and while I remained calm, they yelled and cussed at me, too bad when I spoke with the owner it was more of the same.I would not recommend this place at all. By the way...highest gas prices in town, and highest prices on the items they sell, plus they are rude and unpleasant. Their car repair prices are outrageous. I would recommend NORCO GoodYear for your repair needs and recommend either one of the shell stations or 76 in town...the employees are nice and you'll save some money. Worst gas station/rental experience ever.
