We booked our first trip this summer to Jamaica through First Choice Travel. Valarie knows all the ins and outs, and was very helpful in aiding us in making our choices for our trip, and was quick to get us our reservations and flight schedule. When we had difficulty coming home, Valarie filed our claim with our trip insurance, and we had our refund in very short order. She is very prompt in answering emails, and goes out of her way to help. We certainly would visit this business again to book future trips.
