Provided by YP.comI read all of the reviews but chose to g to this store anyway.. I walked in and was greeted and said I was looking for N Gage train items. Staff showed me there selection and let me shop in peace. This store has everything you would ever need and there prices are inline with Walther.com. I spent an hour checking out the store and never felt rushed or that I was not welcome.. I spent 93.00 and was happy when I left.. Will return and shop again. Don't always trust reviews sometime you just have to check things out for your self..

Provided by YP.comDon't bother. They might have what you want, but you're not saving any money on it. The staff is rude, they're known for it. If you ask the wrong questions they'll make fun of you. I asked about weathering and the one guy just said "buy a book," laughed and went back to his conversation with another employee. That's if you can even get them to talk to you. I gave them enough chances, I'm not going back.

Provided by YP.comI'm from Georgia, and when my husband takes me to visit his family in South Jersey this is always my number one stop. True, I haven't been in enough, I suppose to have dealt with the staff in such a way as has been in the reviews, but I've always had a pleasant experience and I'm sure my southern accent would be a prime target to ridicule!
I bought several nice kites here, and the fellow who rung me up gave me some tips about getting them home in my suitcase. I'l always enjoy coming to this store.

Provided by YP.comAAA hobbies has almost everything for any hobby.The Store is big.They have so many different things.The only problem i have with the place is the workers.Most of them are rude or don't ask you if you need help.Then when you do ask for help, they act like you are not there.This store has the makings of being one the best hobby stores in south Jersey, but the people who work there need to learn to the basics about customer service.Number 1.be polite.number 2.ask if the customer needs help.Number 3.Don't talk down to the customer.Number 4.make the customer feel welcomed. and Number 5. Always smile. Most customers will not go back to a place where the workers were rude,disrespectful, and not helpful.I gave AAA Hobbies for 3 stars.With better customer care it would of been 5 stars.
