Very customer unfriendly. The cooking class sign up process is extremely outdated. They have lots of unfriendly rules about signing up only with 2 people, however staff gave inaccurate information about this over the phone. After our group did not get in with the lottery system, we were told we could sign up for a class that didn't fill up on round one of assignments. As they don't allow this to be done by phone or by computer, we took multiple trips to the store, and ultimately, despite having a class to accommodate our group size of 5, they refused. In the process they were rude, very unhelpful and I certainly will not be sending my business to their store (probably a good thing for me since it is overpriced anyway).

Orange Tree is one of my favorite stores in Madison. They have a huge selection of items for your home - especially the kitchen. They carry top of the line brands and the staff are always very helpful. They also offer a variety of cooking classes which are affordable, useful, and fun.
